“This (the Soulflayer) is my entry for a local contest here in Cebu. I challenged myself by using minimal plastic parts for modding. The only plastic parts are the chest, right neck guard and the shaft for the axe. Sadly it was only placed at 4th. The colors used are silver, clear black, dark violet, black, ultra white, and clear blue. All of the moded parts are hand sculpted with epoxy putty; the chest, I actually used the ankle armor from an MG 1/100 Strike Freedom. For the base i just used an old CD case glued a rock at the middle and covered it with paper mache. For the snow I just used some baking soda since I cannot afford those fancy snow effect powder. My theme for this kit is WoW’s deathknight since i haven’t seen any on the internet.”
