This was the modeler’s first completed project this year, 2017. According to him, “Been wanting to build a mechanized-looking mobile suit with “chicken legs” and a mecha that does not have armor “separation” between chest and shoulder. So when stunted-looking Hyakuren is released, I see potentials for the kit to make my wish realized.”
Customization techniques performed:
- panel line scribing all over the body
- kitbashing on chest and legs
- addition of builders part (cannons and heat sink)
- customized pistons
- tamiya spray paint (can) and enamels
