Actually, this is not the latest project I built. I’ve finished it last August 2014 but I didn’t have much time to take pictures of it. The concept of the diorama actually came from the anime, when Gundam X rise again after the war. Nothing special from the paints, it’s just a simple weathering technique. For the color scheme, I had it changed three (3) times, because for me, choosing the right color scheme is super important! The idea to get this red color comes from Unicorn Gundam and actually, as you can see on its shoulders, i tried to make the “pscycomu effect” (haha!). I also changed its proportion a bit and add some simple panel lines and small pla plates in detailing it. And yes, this is my entry for Indonesia GBWC 2014.
