If there’s something I really want to learn, I want to try rusting, weathering and battle damage effect. I’ve saw Kashim’s work and now another modeler has unveiled his prowess in doing such effects. Presenting, Theanimetropolis of Gunpla 12’s 1/48 Scopedog project!

“As to the colors I used, for the base coat I chose Tamiya gun metal with a light rust wash. The main colors for the armor are Tamiya Olive drab and Mr. Color brown. The rust effects were achieved with Ak Interactive old rust and dark rust as well as rust wash.My concept was basically a forgotten mobile suit left to rust years after the ending of war.”
