Project Shin Musha MK2 Custom Painted Build by Kim Genovea

SANDING: All parts sanded with 400 up to 3000 grit sand paper.

Materials used:
Simple Green Cleaner (for stripping the gold platings)
Zonrox Bleach ( for stripping the chrome underneath the gold)
Soak overnight.

Base coat: Alclad Gloss Black base then Alclad Chrome

Topcoat: Alclad Gloss Clear Coat.

For the purple glossy parts:

• Mr. Surfacer 1k primer
• Bosny Gloss Black (decanted) w/ Retarder + Gloss improver
• Bosny White Pearl
• Gaia Clear Purple (heavy coat sprayed @ 40psi w/ 0.4mm needle)
  buffed & waxed .

For the other parts:

• Mr. Surfacer 1k
• applied preshading w/ gloss black
• Gaia Purple Violet ( purple parts)
• Gaia Purple Violet+Tamiya Sea Blue XF( gray parts)
• Gaia Brilliant Pink (for trimmings)

Sword blades were:

• stripped w/ the same technique using bleach then painted with
  >Alclad Gloss Black Base
  >Alclad chrome
  >Alclad Gloss Clear Coat

Sword Sheats:

• Bosny gloss black base
• Tamiya Hull Red XF
• Bosny Honda Red ( heavy coat @ 40 psi w/ 0.4mm needle)
• buffed & waxed.

Eyes:

• Alclad Gloss Black base
• Alclad Chrome
• Gaia Clear Green
• hand painted matt black around the eyes.
