This Joker Heavy Arms Custom is Tommy Kong’s entry for GBWC 2014 in Hong Kong. It took him more than six months to finish this project. He used Gaia Color and mixed several varieties of EX01 colors to make this clean version of Heavy Arms. The platform has been modified too to make this project more awesome.
